Why?
1) I wanted to test my 702 before recording. Thus I bought a pre-recorded
MD. Believe me or not, but pre-rec MDs are the same price as CDs here
in France.
2) After owning the 702 for about 2 months, I got myself the S38 deck ( The
famous 510 in a smaller jacket...) And Sony was so kind to include a
booklet with 5 coupons that gave you the chance to buy a pre-recorded
MD and get a second for free... Ie, 10 pre-recorded MDs for the price of
five! So 10 more pre-recorded MD's in my collection.
