Sorry,
The email didn't include my attachment.
Here's the circuit, it may need to be cut and pasted into notepad or something so the
font is right:

               --------------||---------------------------hot--- (left)
               |           2.2 microfarad
from left mic | input capacitor
               |
 ---hot--------+----10k ohm-- "+"
                               \
 ---ground----------------------)---+--------------------shield-----
                               /    |
 ---hot--------+----10k ohm-- "+"  "-"
               |    resistor   9 volt
 from right mic|               battery
               |
               --------------||---------------------------hot--- (right)
                           1 microfarad
                           input capacitor

Thanks

I'm going out in about 2 hours to buy the components for a battery =
box...

I was wondering if anyone has the time before hand, could you have a =
look at the circuit attached and edit it so that it has some gain =
faders? i'd like to know what else i need to buy before i go to the =
electronics store.

Thanks for your help!!
Jason

There is a schematic on this site =
http://www.mindspring.com/~tidmarsh/binmic/ you will have to come up =
with a box, the jack, cord and plug. since only one channel is shown, =
be sure to make both channels
