MD: MD to CD

Probably not how you would do it, but since I have a
stand alone CDR all I do is connect the SPDIF output
of the MD player to the SPDIF input of the CDR and
start both up (CD about 1 sec earlier to avoid the
"cutoff" problems)
Much faster than ripping tracks...
