MD: Adapter for car MD player (SONY MDX-C5960R or MDX-C6500R)

Hi, 

I would like to connect my laptop to my MD car player, but i can't get any sound out 
to my speaker. I heard that i need an adapter to get this to work, but it cost 133$ US 
/ 1200 SEK in sweden. I think it's way to much for one little adapter. Is there no one 
out here that know how to build one?
