Hello, You stated that unit was running "slow"... Did it sound slow? Or did it just sound as if it were running slow? If it didn't sound slow, then I would say it was the unit reading ahead on the disc for antishock purposes, but if it sounded slow, I have no idea. Sincerely, Cheers, Mark J.
