That same screw fell out of both my friends and my Sharp 722.  I was stupid
enough to not fix it long enough for my system to break. (a disk caught on
something that looks like a laser reader).  The parts were covered, but the
cost of fixing it would have cost as much as buying a new one.  I got a Sony
900 player instead.

Go to an eyeglass shop...I've found the little ones that use the
flathead screws work just fine on my MD-MT15.
