I happen to have one; the card itself does not have a TOSLink or anything digital, but it does come with a nifty external box full of different ports. There is a proprietary connector between the card and the rack. A quick glance at the box shows that I do have a TOSlink/Optical connection for both in and out, I also have 4 extra USB ports, Mic port, headphone port, and Midi i/o. I remember being a little surprised at seeing both optical i/o because most MD decks don't even have them.
