Dear Pak Syafril,

Ada salah satu user saya, mengatakan bahwa dia tidak dapat
menerima email yang datang dari salah satu client yaitu dengan alamat
leo_supa...@denso.co.id tapi saya liat di Log SMTP-in bahwa email
tersebut diterima baik oleh server, berikut SMTP-in lognya,

Dari log diatas, bagai mana caranya saya bisa mengetahui bahwa email
tersebut sudah di tarik oleh user atau belum?
Apa patokan kita untuk mencari email tersebut?
