Usually, the reading-flow is from left to right and from top to bottom,
and people expect a chronological sequence similar to this. Especially
people who are reading a lot of articles (and who therefore would
qualify as the ideal person to answer your question) appreciate it if
they can read at first the text to which you are referring. The quoted
text is some kind of help to remember the topic, which of course will
not work, if you place the quoted text below your response
And besides: doesn't it look stupid to first get the answer and then see
the question? (Aside from Jeopardy, of course.)

Bisa coba restart MDaemon service dari Windows Service Control panel
jika masih ada message yang belum juga terkirim lewat port 587.

Default smart host: mail.libolon.co.id:465
(atau vx2293-server1.libolon.co.id:465)

Iya, itu cara yang dipakai kalau pakai konfigurasi multipop yang umum
dipakai untuk user yang pakai koneksi dynamic IP (Wireless Broadband:
4G, 5G atau Wired Broadband: Fiber Optik Broadband, ADSL, CableModem dls).
Semua koneksi broadband tidak bisa direct delivery saat kirim mail ke
internet, harus pakai/lewat smarthost.
Multipop standar instalasinya hanya aktif jika ada (aktivitas)
pengiriman mail ke luar (Internet), jadi umumnya tidak akan aktif di
luar jam kerja atau di hari libur.
Kalau pakai koneksi Wired Broadband (Myrepublic, Indihome, Iconnect,
Firstmedia dls) atau lease line maka bisa aktifkan Event Scheduling agar
check mail 24x7 (24 jam seminggu).
