Usually, the reading-flow is from left to right and from top to bottom,
and people expect a chronological sequence similar to this. Especially

text is some kind of help to remember the topic, which of course will
not work, if you place the quoted text below your response
And besides: doesn't it look stupid to first get the answer and then see
the question? (Aside from Jeopardy, of course.)

Besar dugaan, koneksinya di interrupt oleh anti-virus software (yang ada di
sisi sender).
Hal ini dari sisi user pengirim infonya, hanya kirim ke mail kami saja yang
bermasalah
Apakah hal ini IP kami yang bermasalah 202.72.214.166 terblacklist, sehingga
antivirus dari mereka memblok pengiriman email kearah IP kami..?
Antivirus real time scanning terpicu oleh isi (content dan lampiran)
dari Email, bukan blocking tetapi filtering.
Mestinya sih ada setting di AV nya untuk whitelist/exclude scanning jika
destinationnya IP/host tertentu.
