I doubt it makes a difference, but whatever. Especially if you are a UK resident, please sign this petition to stop the atrocious watering down of people's rights and responsibilities. (I realise that more and more people want the benefits of the former without the hardships of the latter, but that's no reason for honest people to suffer.) Filtering doesn't work. It'll never fucking work. Nudging people into persecuting themselves "For their own good" just creates more spineless sheep, it doesn't "Protect" anybody from anything. Certainly not the kids, from porn. Or the unwashed masses, from oppressive material (like, for example, any critical view of the Tory government). And with benefit cuts and the resulting deaths of disabled people, the bedroom tax, the conflicts of interest, the selling out of the NHS and a slew of other atrocities, we have every right to be critical of those bastards.
