melanjutkan pertanyaan, saya juga mau bertanya,,,
1.bagaimana menghitung/membagi warisan apabila Ibu yang meninggal,
sedangkan Selama ini Ibu juga bekerja sampai meninggal
Ayah yang masih hidup saat ini .hal ini saya pertanyakan karena Ayah
Kawin lagi dan belum punya anak
2. Anak terdiri dari 2 Orang perempuan dan 1 laki laki.
Demikian mohon bantu penjelasannya

Mas yang namanya Warisan apabila Orang tua sdh meninggal terutama Orang
tua
laki2, Artinya bukan warisan namanya kalau Kepala keluarga belum
meninggal.
Sbg ilustrasi saya coba gambarkan sbb : Sorang Bapak meninggal 2 anak laki
Dan 7 anak perempuan Dan memiliki harta sebesar Rp. 100.000.000,- dengan
sicatatan sang Ibu masih hidup maka hasilnya sbb :
1. Untuk is Ibu mendapat Rp. 16.666.667,-
2. Untuk 2 anak laki sebesar Rp. 25.757.576,- ( Masing mendapat Rp.12.878
788,-)
3 Untuk 7 anak perempuan Rp. 45.075.758 ( Masing Mendapat Rp.6.439.394
)
