Are there any MW extensions out there that let you do something akin to SVN's blame? I noticed there's an extension called Annotation (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Annotation), but it hasn't been updated since March 2006.
Right now, we're basically performing a manual binary search on the history to figure out who made a change to a certain line.
