Good Morning Everyone, I have a question for those who have already gone live with BMV:
How did you notify your patients that the medication process was changed? Did you just have the nurses explain when they administered a medication, or did you also have a letter or pamphlet given to patients and family explaining the procedure and what they could expect? I feel that all nurses should verbally explain, but written information should also be available for patient, family and visitors to read at their leisure. Thanks for the imput Dana Pontious, RN Nursing Analyst Elk Regional Health Center St Marys, PA 15857 814 788-8682 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------- The information contained in this e-mail is private and confidential and is intended only for the person or entity to whom it is addressed.
