We are a 5.5 SR3 Magic site looking to purchase a formulary for PHA. We
would like to hear from other sites which vendor they went with,
MediSpan or First Data Bank, and why that vendor.
Currently we have a drug dictionary full of non-formulary items, created
over the past 7 years, and need to switch over to a formulary vendor for
two big reason:
1. Quarterly drug data updates, NDC numbers
2. new EDM application (future NUR and MPM applications 07/08)
If you could let me know, how long did your formulary install take and
how many users were dedicated to your project. Any information is
greatly appreciated.
