We use a hybrid version of FormsFast (both Magic and Client Server) and so far it is meeting our needs. We are printing admission packets at time of admission, printing UB04 and 1500 claim forms in the business office and I am working on a project to get each department's forms online. We have the ED department forms on line which is going well and the OR/Surg area is next to be built. We have an advantage in that we always had a print shop and they continue to design the forms. I map the data to the image and program the logic for what forms should print where and when. There is some redundancy in using both versions but it is great as a backup system and makes it easier for the end user.
