We are also using Forms Fast but are planning on changing to Access
E-forms after a year. I have used Optio, E-forms and Forms Fast and
have to say that the most user friendly from creating a form to the NPR
data stream and setting up printers that I would recommend E-forms.

We are currently using forms printing software with Meditech but fear we
may have outgrown it. I am familiar with FormsFast, Formscape, Bluechip
and Iatric Forms on Line. Can anyone provide their success/failures with
