I never use queries and attributes, but I want to create a query that displays @PHA.RX.nur.ack.required on the nursing status board as part of our eMAR development. I thought about just using a DFT attribute to display "eMAR ACK" or some sort of message (whatever nursing wants) when a new order needs acknowledging for a patient in eMAR (PHA.RX.nur.ack.required = 1). Question is - how well do NUR and PHA play together? Since the query will be kicked off from NUR, how do I get the PHA.RX field to have a value? I should have access to ADM.PAT.urn which is the same as PHA.RX.patient. But is it that simple? Do I have to change applications and use a macro etc? I'm in uncharted waters here for me.... Any ideas? Roger
