If you are C/S I can send you our Power Point on how to enter Hx Meds.
It is what we use to train staff.

we are going to be testing it out too. RXM is a actual piece of
programming from MEDITECH's AOM module. We are getting the RXM portion
free to see if it will work for Medication Reconcilation. They actually
have to turn on some parameters to get it to work and I think there is
some setup required. We saw a demo a few weeks ago, but still waiting
for MEDITECH to turn it on for us. They are going to train us , maybe
you havent gotten that part yet ?

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with using the
Historical Med Routine for Med Reconciliation?

We are attempting to work through the processes here but have
not gotten a lot of info from MT except a "Partial presentation" that
stops at the beginning of how to document pts home meds via RXM. It
tells you how to look up a drug to add then it stops. We are wondering
how to do the Home Med list and make it present in NUR. Etc....

        Any help would be appreciated!

        Thanks!
