Once again I'm turning to the NPR gurus out there for your assistance.
I'm working on a project to improve ED patient throughput. We have EDM
here and I have a working report that calculates average elapsed times
between ED "status events". Now I'd like to add "order time/date" to
this report. I realize I'm probably going to need to attach a fragment
to my current report to get this data, but I can't decide how and which
order date/time to use: first order in OE (does not include LAB & ITS),
or first LAB order, or first ITS order. So, I guess I'm really asking
for the best strategy to determine initial order time rather than the
specifics of how to pull the info to the report. Thanks in advance.
