I didn't go to MeeGoCon, but in other conferences or presentations I've been to, instead of the hassle of getting microphones to the questioners, the solution has been to get the miked-up presenters to repeat the question, ("The question was: ..."). Depending of the room, this can often be useful for the other audience members, not just for recordings of the presentation.
