I don't think there has been public commitment to deliver WAC on open
source MeeGo. OEM's can of course bundle WAC at their discretion on
their MeeGo derivatives.

As hinted to earlier, you can use QtWebkit container (QWebView or QML
WebView) if you are willing to deliver html content that can access
platform services.
