Hi Elliot,
          I based my information on 
http://www.forum.nokia.com/Tools_Docs_and_Code/Tools/Runtimes/Web_Runtime/, 
which does not mention the Symbian WRT toolkit.  I have the suspicion that the 
Symbian version might be based on a different technology.

The Symbian WRT tools page has Aptana as the second link in its list.

(AFAIK, Aptana is based on Eclipse).
