Intention is to build a custom image and boot the image on SD card. Am I
on the right track?

few things.....
you clearly are not running a kernel that supports btrfs.


but why on earth are you trying to make an ARM image based on a
Moorestown nand format?
you won't be able to use that ANYWHERE.....
