it's a fair point.  the biggest changes I know of are the
ABI issues related to GL (Atom Qt libs linked against
GLES now, to match ARM) and ARM ABI (hardfp vs. softfp),
which are things clearly reflected in the actual package
builds anyway; plus refinements in the required package list,
which are reflected in the group patterns.

On the latter point, there's a new wiki page which
tries to pull together how compliance is developed
from the distribution side, it hasn't really been
circulated yet and is kinda unpolished, but this seems 
as reasonable a moment as any to mention it:
