Hi there,

Understood, but I'd like to stay humble. We just got started. New target, new
people, new operational model, new environment. It'll take some time before the
output becomes tangible. I appreciate your patience.

I'd rather put more emphasis on the "improvement proposal" part. And apart from
the potential technology contribution, there's one more thing I wanted to note.

In a way, DE is simulating how the product development is going to take place
on MeeGo. All of our findings - the benefits and probably the pain points - are
open to anybody, real-time. I do believe that this feedback mechanism is a
great contribution to MeeGo.com.

Yes, we selected the very minimum to start with, step-by-step.

No objection. Any volunteer's welcome.

Yes. This is the reason why the meetings & discussions are taking place in
public. The use of community OBS (see the Stskeep's proposal) supports this
idea too.

We're trying to rebuild after the shock. The progress may not be as fast as you
expect, but it will be transparent.

All the best, Makoto
