Regarding the cell modem interface stuff, we have 2 sets of headers,
headers from www.wirelessmodemapi.com and headers from the QT SDK.

lists the version of various ISI servers exposed by the N900 cell modem.
Its unclear what header files match these versions (especially the ones
with a version of v-01.-01).
But more than anything is to get license clarification for the header files
we DO have (from the QT SDK and from www.wirelessmodemapi.com) so we know
if we can use those that have been positively identified as matching the
N900 cell modem.
