sorry, it should be S3, all driver's suspend method will be called when system 
entered S3, right?
all subdev's power off method will be called in camera driver's suspend method.

What do you mean "for example, the system goes to S0i3?"
That may happen many times per second, and this driver is not notified of
the system's desire to enter S0i3.

What if no application is currently using the camera?
