Hi all, Is it possible to run multiple sources and harminvs with the same .ctl file? Basically I want to only subpixel average once and then run a whole bunch of different simulations within one script. So far harminv does not seem to like this. Has anyone else encountered these issues or know how to make MEEP run efficiently in a similar fashion?
