Dear MEEP users,
I am using continuous source in my simulations. I am
confused about the properties of continuous source i.e. start-time,
end-time, width and cutoff. I want to achieve the steady state response. I
don't know how to calculate the values for start-time, end-time, width and
cutoff. The wavelength which i am using is 400nm.
Please someone tell me how to calculate these values in a proper way because
without giving right values to these properties, my simulation takes very
long time and sometimes i stopped the simulation in the middle.
After calculating the values for the above properties, someone please also
tell me that how many times i should run the simulation i.e. what should i
write in the run-until (?).
