The City of Sunnyvale's banking contract expires at the end of this calendar year. The banking contract currently includes credit card processing, direct deposit, account reconcilement, deposit services, etc. We are considering hiring a consultant to write our request for proposal as well as evaluate bids. Can anyone recommend a good consultant in this field? Any referrals would be appreciated. Thanks.
