The City Treasurer's office has recently circulated several RFP's, including one for tax and revenue services (sales tax, TOT, UUT, Busines License,etc.). I would like to see what criteria and format other agencies have used in evaluating reponses to RFP's. Specifically, if you could send me a sample of your scoring sheet(s).
