The City of Vacaville is currently reviewing vendors to replace its financial accounting package and would like to examine the accounting and reporting needs of its internal departments. The Finance Division realizes that a lot of "shadow accounting" is occurring because of inadequacies with the current financial accounting package. We would like to develop a questionnaire to determine what information needs to be captured for the departments and include that information in the implementation phase of new software. Any example questionnaires would be greatly appreciated, especially from those agencies that have implemented Eden Systems and Pentamation. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
