[CSMFO Members] To Members With Self-Insured Medical Plans

Regarding my prior posting, I have consulted legal counsel and our auditors 
and have their opinions on this matter.  What I am trying to gather now is 
if our District is operating our Self-Insured Medical Plan similar to most 
other agencies.  Thanks for your help.
