The City of Gilroy is attempting to find a more effective means of
identifying and collecting potential grant revenues. We are concerned
that many grants, which may be applicable to our City, just "fall
through the cracks" either because we don't hear about them in time, or
never hear about them.
Questions:
1. How do other cities identify new or potential grants which may be
applicable to their city? Is this completed in-house or through the
work of a consultant?
2. If this function is provided in-house, is there a single individual
or a committee responsible for this function?
3. What consultants are you using to provide this function? What is
the process? Has it been successful?
