[CSMFO Members] Parking Citations

I have a question regarding the collection of fees for parking citations. We currently handle them in house and it is very time consuming.   Does your city contract with an agency to handle the collection of parking citation fees? If so, What is the name of the company and their approximate charges for this service? Are you satisfied with their curent level of service?   I will post results for other interested cities.
