Good morning everyone, For those agencies using outside companies to manage their parking citation program, I have the following questions: 1) Name of Company 2) Service provided (ie. data entry, delinquency noticing, DMV holds, types of reports). 3) Cost per citation 4) Number of years using the company 5) Pros/Cons of the company services I searched the Resource Room and did not find a survey like this one.
