[CSMFO Members] ID Tags on Fixed Assets

                We are considering implementing an ID tagging system for our
fixed assets.  We would appreciate receiving the following info from you by
Tuesday, April 18:

                1.  What is your dollar threshold for Fixed Assets?
                2.  Do you put ID tags on fixed assets?  (If NO, you can
stop here!)
                3.  Do you tag all fixed assets?
                4.  Do you tag all equipment regardless of value?
                5.  What type of tags do you use (barcode, metal ID)?
                6.  If you use barcode, please give the name of the system
you use.
