Good Afternoon Members: I know someone just recently conducted a contract city attorney's survey, but I missed it. I would appreciate if your city contracts for a City Attorney, if you could tell me who they are and what are their rate parameters. We are in the processing of updating our contract with our Contract City Attorney and would like comparisons. The rates we are looking at are: $135 per hour on general $175 per hour on litigation $195 per hour on cost recovery work (i.e. deposit accounts - developers) I would really appreciate if you could reply by April 21, 2000.
