Dear Members:

As most of you know, we recently experienced a frenzy with the CSMFO email group, as 
some of you sought to define what was "appropriate" and what not when using the 
on-line group list.  In response to your request, the CSMFO Board of Directors set out 
guidelines that state the meaning of "appropriation."  Attached to this email is the 
address to the policy.  Please refer to the policy for any questions you may have 
regarding the usage of the on-line email group list, and if you have any questions, 
please direct them to either one of our board members, the Technology Committee 
([EMAIL PROTECTED]), the CSMFO Secretary/Treasurer ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), or the 
CSMFO Web Master ([EMAIL PROTECTED]).  

A copy of the policy is also attached to the May Mini-News for members who do not have 
access to the internet.
