Hi All -

Have you noticed that the rates you are paying on your CalNet phone contract
seem to have increased?  I have been having an email conversation with our
government rep who tells me that the billing system is changing, therefore
resulting in increases/changes in the rates.  This doesn't make sense to me!
When I've asked the question, the repsonse is that we will get a credit back
in August when the system is fully installed.  This of course, doesn't help
me when my expenses this year exceed my budget due to this change.

Do any of you see these increases happening?  What explanation has PacBell
provided to you about the changes?
