Hi Guys!
I haven't seen anything in the Resource Room that dealt with Budgetary Reserves. Could you share with me any policies or guidelines that you are following in this area. In addition, what is your unappropriated and appropriated fund balance as percentage of your General Fund budget?
Needless to say, we are still grappling with our budget and this is one of the factors we need to consider...Any quick thoughts on this issue?
