Thanks one and all for the information you provided about your experience with ADP. It eventually led me to their Business Services Division, which specializes in the Payroll Plus system used by cities. My ADP representative was not aware that it existed.   It turns out we have too small of a workforce for Payroll Plus, so we'll stay on our existing system. But we also won't move to the system my rep was suggesting--Autopay II. It would have cost thousands to set us up and more than twice the per payroll fee.   Your help saved our city thousands of dollars and needless work. Thanks!
