Does anyone have a standard form or other method that you use to document
signature authorization levels for each of your city departments? I'm
looking for a way to collect information on which individuals can approve
what types of transactions at what dollar levels. Please either e-mail or
fax any sample forms you might have. Any help you folks could provide would
be greatly appreciated.
