I need information, but am not sure I will even ask for it correctly.  Hopefully, most of you will be able to figure out what I'm talking about (since I don't seem to know myself!).
 
I'm looking for information related to employers not being able to provide greater benefits (pension?) to "highly compensated employees"...i.e., this type of enhanced benefit provision apparently discriminates against the NON-highly compensated employees.  Does anyone know where I can begin looking?  Is it related to ERISA?
