Found a solution to all your speedo'out of wack problems'. I just installed
an
electronic bike speedo from dick smith.

$30. You can enter the circumfrence of you tyre and there good for 200km/h.
A bitch to install but works a treat. Has heap of functions like max speed
hold...hehe
