Malcolm,
I have the '75 Australian reprint which is in colour, (very perty) the front cover is
mainly white background, dark green and brown writing (who picked the colours?) with a
picture of a spanking new L16 (single carb) & 4 speed in very good detail right down
to
the red seal on the dip stick and down the bottom left hand side it has the
red/white/blue SSS & Nismo logos (but they got the colour wrong for Aus as the Nismo
logo looks more like cream, maybe the US logo is different?). The earlier '71 version
was very lhd (i've sent polly specs out of it to the US List a few times). Sometime
between '71 & '75 the comprehensive rhd stuff was added and so it is a very good all
round manual. The original manual was done by Nissan USA with a Borg Warner supplement
for the AT, and Nissan Australia did the Aussie supplement and a mighty fine job they
did to, it has 521 specs to and covers L13, L14 & L16 + SSS & Wagon. It's had a lot of
use over the years (great sets of finger prints in the engine section ):- , as i didn't
look after it as i should have, who would have guessed that we would be still messin
with a 510 some 30 yrs on so before it's totally stuffed i am in the process of
scanning
it and converting to pdf format.

regards
terry
