Is it carby setup?   U not just make the turbo a carby blow through. Then all you gotta do is get the bits made up at an exhaust shop. Should be cheap as.. :)   Shouldn't be too tricky if you get them to make up some extractors to feed into the turbo, then hook up to a large exhaust system, make your blow side of the turbo blow through the carby with some simple exhaust bends and joints and through your existing manifold.
