I'm not sure I fully understand your question but I'll have a go.
AFAIK there aren't any regulations on minimum tyre profile. I've seen as low
as 40% profile tyres on the street but these are usually for 16-18" wheels
that are legal on some cars. You may be able to pick up 205-215/40x15's, I'd
suggest you lookup a tyre site on the web (there are plenty to choose from).
