hi, why dont you grind the number off, make it look real neat , then ring
up the liscence ,road traffic board or whatever and tell them that you have a
nissan L series block which hasent got a engine number on it , and what do i do?
tell them that the engine is .....(the type you need to get it passed.......).
tell them that your uncle use to work for nissan and he got it from there years
ago, or you found it at the dump....etc...... what can they do?
